Registration Guide & Policy

1 Full payment is required to register in all 6-week programs, private programs and workshops offered. Spaces will not be held otherwise. Payment must be received before the first class is taken.
1 Deposits are accepted for programs that are full. The remaining fees are due when the next available space becomes open.
1 Payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or cash. Personal cheques must be received 1 week prior to the scheduled class.
1 To renew your space in the same program (re: time/day), full payment is required on the 5th class taken. Because of the small class size spaces will not be held without payment.
1 To transfer to another program time/day a $40 administration fee is incurred. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance of your regular class and is subject to available space in another program.
1 To defer your program for 1 week a $40 administration fee is incurred for each program taken. To defer for more than 1 week a $60 administration fee is charged. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance. You will be placed on the waiting list if you defer for more than 2 weeks. NOT applicable to back bending programs.
1 Cancellation Policy (Programs): Due to the structured nature of the classes there is no cancellation policy. Once payment has been made no refunds/credits are provided for any reason.
1 Cancellation Policy (Workshops): Due to the structured nature of the workshops offered there is no cancellation policy. Once payment has been made no refunds/credits are provided for any reason.
1 Deposits for programs are only refunded should the wait time exceed 4 months.
1 The Yoga Way refunds all payments made toward programs cancelled by The Yoga Way.
1 There are no student substitutions, credits or refunds provided for any reason.



Missed Class Policy

Group Programs: There are no make-up classes offered. Please ensure you have read and understand this policy BEFORE you register. There is 1 class transfer offered in AtmaVikasa programs only. All class transfers are subject to space in another program and taken the same week as your missed class. NOTE: One time request and with a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice. Once the class transfer is booked it cannot be rescheduled for any reason.

Private Programs: To avoid being charged 24 hours advanced notice of cancellation is required by phone and not e-mail. * All private classes/programs must be taken within the year of purchase.
