I lost my password and the ability to login.

My internet connection was interrupted and the link has expired.
To avoid the system being misused, there are 2 days with 2 attempts for downloads only. If your connection was interrupted the first time, you can download it again. Should the time expire or you lose the allotted attempts, you can contact us to reset the order. Write to email@example.com.
I downloaded the file but cannot open them. What’s the problem?
The files are compressed into a rar file. This decreases the file size in order to increase the speed and integrity. When the files have been downloaded they need to be extracted to get the original video. You need a program like WinRar to extract the compressed file. A free trial license is available.
If you have a 32-bit windows operating system, Or if you don’t know what you are looking for, download WinRar from cnet download (32-bit).
If you have a 64-bit operating system or a mac you can download WinRar from cnet download (64-bit).
Install WinRar and extract (right-click to extract) the file to see the original video.
I have extracted the downloaded file and now have the original video files. But I cannot play them. What should I do?
The video files are either in avi format or wmv format. wmv format is by default playable in all windows computers. Most current video players including windows media player can play avi formats too. If your media player cannot play any of these formats download VLC Player. The best free and lightweight player for pc’s, which is compatible with all formats is available at VideoLan or at Softtonic.
If you have a mac, you can download the VLC Player for free from VideoLan (for macs).
I am still having problems. What can I do?
Identity the following in your query to Heather:
- Type of operating system in your computer, re: windows or mac.
- Add the configuration of your computer.
If you have a pc, you can right click the “my computer” icon and click “properties”
If you have a mac, you can click the Apple in the top left hand corner and go to “about the mac” and then “more info.”
