I did not download the videos while ordering. How do I download now?
At the time of your purchase a mail from email@example.com was sent. Check your junk mailbox. The link to the order page is contained in the mail where you can download.
You will need to login to start this process.
I lost my password and the ability to login.
If you forgot your password, you can use the “Forgot Your Password” link to send a new password to your registered email address.
My internet connection was interrupted and the link has expired.
To avoid the system being misused, there are 2 days with 2 attempts for downloads only. If your connection was interrupted the first time, you can download again.
Should it expire and/or you lose the allotted attempts, you can contact us to reset the order.
I downloaded the file but cannot open them. What’s the problem?
The files are compressed into a rar file. This decreases the file size in order to increase the speed and integrity. Once the files are downloaded they need to be extracted to get the original video. You need a program like WinRar to extract the compressed file. A free trial license is available.
If you have a 32-bit windows operating system, Or if you don’t know what you are looking for, download WinRar from cnet download (32-bit).
If you have a 64-bit operating system or a mac you can download WinRar from cnet download (64-bit).
Install WinRar and extract (right-click to extract) the file to see the original video.
I have extracted the downloaded file and now have the original video files. But I cannot play them. What should I do?
The video files are in avi format or wmv format. The wmv format is by default playable in all windows computers. Most current video players like windows media player can play avi too.
If you have a mac, you can download the VLC Player for free from VideoLan (for macs).
I am still having problems. What can I do?
Identity the following in your query to Heather:
- Type of operating system in your computer, re: windows or mac.
- Add the configuration of your computer.
