I did not download the videos when I ordered. How do I download now?
At the time of your order, a mail from email@example.com was sent. Check your junk mailbox. The link to the order page is contained in the mail to where you can download.
I lost my password.
If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Your Password” link. A new one will be sent to your registered email address.
My internet connection was interrupted and the has link expired.
Please contact me to reset your order. I reply promptly via email regarding these matters.
I downloaded the file but cannot open them.
The files are compressed into a rar file. This decreases the file size to increase the speed and integrity. Once the files are downloaded they need to be extracted.
You need WinRar to get the file and a free trial license is available.
If you have a 32-bit windows operating system, download WinRar at cnet download (32-bit).
If you have a 64-bit operating system or a mac you can download WinRar at cnet download (64-bit).
Install WinRar and extract (right-click to extract) the file to view the original video(s).
I have extracted the downloaded file and have the originals. But I cannot play them.
